Highlights
Burnt
Pixel Policy .
Currently production technology does not guarantee LCD Screens can
be produced without defective or “burnt” pixels. These
pixels are described as “dots” or pin-head sized discolorations
on your notebook screen as they do not have the ability to display
the correct colour your notebook intends. ITC considers any amount
of burnt pixels greater or equal to six, dispersed over the LCD,
to be warrantable and any amount of burnt pixels greater or equal
to three clustered (within 1.5mm radius) together to be warrantable.
However, due to the often misunderstood nature of this issue and
ITC’s focus on delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction,
ITC will replace an LCD screen with even one “burnt”
pixel if notified within the first 7days of warranty.
DOA
Policy.
If you unlucky enough to experience a fault with your notebook chassis
(the base machine, not including the CPU, memory, hard disk or optical
drive) within the first 14 days of purchase, ITC will urgently have
a brand new notebook
prepared for immediate swap over or delivery to your door (credit
card security required).
Guaranteed
Repair Time. ITC's
service repair staff are reliable and our parts inventory is always
healthy. ITC believe in dependability and a guaranteed repair
time is a commitment we gladly make since it could be your project,
report or assignment deadline at stake. What's more is that if our
repair centre somehow is without a replacement part for your notebook,
the guarantee is still met by means of a loan unit.
Onsite
Pickup and Return. If
your ITC notebook fails, do not bother with having to drive all
the way to a service centre. ITC, in association
with Australian Air Express, will have your notebook picked up1
(typically on the same day your warranty claim is made) and returned
over-night to the nearest ITC repair centre for prompt repair based
on our Guaranteed Repair Time commitment.
