The all new Millennia 8001 takes the pursuit of the mobile road warrior to new heights. It is a monster notebook in specification and capability yet, thanks to the latest Centrino technology (Sonoma) from Intel, the Millennia 8001 fits into a thin chassis weighing in just a little over 4kg. A massive improvement over previous large screen 17" Millennia notebooks. Centred on a high performance Centrino core with 2MB of cache, a 533Mhz FSB and perfectly matched with DDR II 533Mhz memory, the Millennia 8001 matches it's predecessors performance without the need for noisy fans and uncomfortable operating temperatures.
